Sims Refrigeration Service Department can offer you 24 hours emergency break down service, day or night. Our normal hours of operation are 8.00am to 5.00pm. If a Service Call is lodged in normal working hours, most Service Calls will be attended to on the same day, or next within reason.

The Company has 14 fully equipped Service Vans ready for any situation which may arise. We can also offer you no obligation free quotes on Commercial Refrigeration and Airconditioning repairs, installation, or maintenance.
